About Don Gilbert

Don Gilbert has owned and run Gilbert and Company for 42 years. Earlier he served as Chief Administrative Officer for J. Walter Thompson's New York office and before that began his business career in the management consulting business. Prior to entering the business world, he was a career military officer.
